New kid on the block,  keeps going flip a flop,  walking on the edge,  little room to stretch, ready to go & merge, always on the verge, no mind of his own, hooked on inner zone, jumping like a clown, rarely seems to frown, gives a damn to shit, never does he quit, tickles funny bone, making one split, between jaws holds, clenching onto fists, rising fountain head, deep within so dead, shooting like a star, bursting so bizarre, picks no fight no war, exploding like a bomb, thawing stony tom, rearing to throw a jack, never holds back, meaning business mean, like a busy queen, buzzing all day down, into his desk he drowns, new kid on the block...!

Someone who claims to transform your life or organization perhaps doesn't know it at all. For its a very spontaneous happening that happens only when it happens to happen.... Yes, an environment conducive for transformation to get triggered, is feasible to create. Yet there's absolutely no guarantee whether it will get initiated or not. Whole mechanism of it can best be understood by the eternal churning of the oceans that occurs once every reboot cycle. External churning can be related to, may be noticeable, however, the internal churning is something to only ponder and wonder about, for its completely an invisible process. The ramifications could be seen externally though, the impact on environment can be sensed, yet the inner stuff is way beyond limited visions capturing capabilities. Some have said, take life as a game, some say, learn to play the game of life, few others have been saying why take life so seriously, you are never going to get out of it alive...
